Refunds

Unused credits are refundable within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked.

• Email support@balancedstatement.com from the address on your account, saying which purchase you'd like refunded.
• We refund the unused credits from that pack, proportionally (for example, 7 unused credits from a 10-credit pack refunds 70% of what you paid).
• The money goes back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
• The refunded credits are removed from your balance.

Failed conversions

These never cost a credit in the first place: a credit is used only when you download a result whose balances match.

A result that balanced but is wrong?

Tell us. If our conversion was wrong, we'll put the credit back, whenever you bought it.
