Who we are

Balanced Statement is provided by Krava IT Services LTD, a company registered in Cyprus under number HE437792, with its registered office at Inomenon Ethnon 2, Anastasia Court, 4th floor, 6042, Larnaca, Cyprus, VAT number CY10437792H. We sell the credits, and our name is on your receipt.

The service

You upload a bank statement (PDF or photos). We extract the transactions using AI, check them against the statement's opening, closing and running balances, and let you download the result as Excel, CSV, QuickBooks (.qbo) or Xero CSV.

Extraction is automated and can make mistakes, especially with photos. The balance check is there to catch them, but it can't catch everything (for example two errors that cancel out). Review the result before relying on it for accounting, tax or any other purpose. We aren't an accounting or tax service.

Your uploads

Only upload statements you are entitled to process (your own, or a client's with their permission). Don't upload anything unlawful. We process uploads only to provide the conversion, as described in the privacy policy.

Credits and payment

• Credits are sold in packs (see pricing). One credit converts one statement of up to 20 pages.
• A credit is used when you first download a result whose balances match. Downloading more formats of the same result is included. Results whose balances don't match can be downloaded free.
• Your first statement (up to 5 pages) is free, once per person and email mailbox. It needs an account (just an email) and is used up only by a result whose balances match.
• Credits don't expire while the service is offered. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
• Payment is handled by Stripe. Prices are in euros; VAT is applied as required for your location.

Refunds

Unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. See refunds. This doesn't affect your statutory rights. If you are a consumer in the EU, you agree that the service starts immediately when you use a credit, so the 14-day withdrawal right ends for used credits; unused credits remain refundable as described.

Fair use

Don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or get around the free statement limit. We may suspend accounts that do; unused credits will be refunded.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms; we'll post the new version here with a new date. If we ever stop offering the service we'll refund unused credits.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Consumers keep the protection of the laws of their country of residence.
